With a proven track record in business advisory, senior executive leadership, and investment, Mr. Abadie brings extensive expertise to the table. In 2015, he founded 4J Solutions LLC, a specialized firm dedicated to providing strategic guidance, operational excellence, financial management, and compliance assurance to small businesses.
Through 4J Solutions, Mr. Abadie has held multifaceted roles in business advisory, executive management, and consulting, catering to a diverse clientele ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 corporations.
Prior to establishing 4J Solutions, Mr. Abadie accumulated 22 years of experience in the global energy services arena, notably as the Chief Operating Officer of Cal Dive International. During his tenure, he led worldwide operations, driving business development, sales, project management, and supply chain operations across five continents with a turnover exceeding US$500 million annually. Preceding his role at Cal Dive, Mr. Abadie held pivotal positions in the construction and offshore marine sectors, overseeing negotiations, acquisitions, and management of construction contracts totaling over US$5.0 billion.
Mr. Abadie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and is an alumnus of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, having completed the Advanced Management Program.
